How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to number of products and destination. Please see the table below for the details.
All goods are sent through Standard International Air Mail unless you select and pay for Express Courier on Checkout.
Processing and validating order details normally takes two to three business days, after which time approved orders are forwarded to our shipping department. There may be a one or two day delay before your goods are dispatched as some allowance has to be made for time zone differences. We normally advise 7 to 10 business days for normal shipping and 4 to 7 business days on Express courier for delivery for goods from different parts of the world to various locations. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.
Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery time. We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your item.
Normally shipments will be processed within 2-3 business days of the time of purchase. We are unable to accommodate rush shipping!
A majority of our customers think our shipping and handling charges are reasonable. Complaints come only from orders smaller than $50, which makes the shipping charge to appear high as a percentage of the total order. The shipping charge as a percentage of the total order goes down significantly with increased order amount and quantity. For instance, normal shipping charges for orders up to $ 50 to North America are $10, however shipping charges for orders between $ 50 to $ 100 are only $ 20 and for orders over $ 100 the normal shipping is FREE.
